If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Resend Policy

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and our customer support team will assist you in resending the product. To qualify for a resend, photographic evidence of the damaged/defective item may be required. We will promptly ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price.
