ORDER TRACKING PROCESS

Once your order is prepared, we will send you an email containing comprehensive shipping details and a link enabling you to track its progress with the delivery service. Should the provided link not function immediately, there's no need for concern. The delivery company typically requires a few hours to input the tracking data into their system, meaning it could take up to 24 hours (up to 48 hours for shipments outside the UK) for the tracking information to be updated.

In instances where your order is subjected to customs procedures, any additional costs arising from this process or any extension in the originally indicated delivery time are not within our responsibility.

SHIPPING TIMELINE AND COSTS

Free shipping for all destinations within the UK, £4.99 for all the shipments to the US and the Europe, and £7.99 for all international deliveries. 

For orders shipped within the UK, the delivery period spans from 4 to 12 working days. Following its departure from our warehouse, you can anticipate your order's arrival within 24 hours. This timeline strictly pertains to domestic deliveries. In cases involving international shipments, the delivery time hinges on the destination country due to potential customs processing and tariffs, which could result in additional time needed for successful delivery.

TAXES AND PRICING

Prices for our offered products are clearly indicated alongside each product's description sheet, inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT). Any other applicable taxes, if relevant, will be explicitly stated.

RECEIVING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Should you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please provide images displaying the visible defect through the provided form. This enables us to verify the issue and promptly offer a suitable solution.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES WITHIN THE UK 

To initiate an exchange for items within your order, kindly inform us using the provided Contact Us form. You have a 30-day window from the receipt date to request an exchange. The cost of shipping is shared: we cover the cost of sending the replacement items, while you assume the cost of returning the items to be exchanged. Once your request is received, we will furnish you with a link for the return shipping fee. Upon payment, we will dispatch the new sizes and arrange collection of the previous ones, either at your delivery address or a different location you provide.

It's important to note that we can facilitate size changes or exchanges for different models, provided the new item's price is equal to or lower than the original. Refunds for price differences will be issued accordingly.

SIZE EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For exchanges involving international shipments, please notify us through the provided Contact Us form. You have a 30-day window from the receipt date to request an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for the new items, while you are responsible for the return shipping of the items to be exchanged. Feel free to utilize a transport company of your choice for the return shipping. Upon dispatch, kindly furnish us with proof of shipment for tracking purposes.

The same guidelines for price equality or lower-value exchanges apply for international orders.

RETURN PROCEDURES WITHIN THE UK

Initiate returns using the provided Contact Us form within 30 days from receiving your order. The returned item must be unused and in the original condition. We will coordinate the package's collection from your provided address, prepared for return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To prepare the package, a courier bag or well-sealed, sturdy bag will suffice. The courier will affix the label. Upon receipt and verification, the item's price will be refunded, minus the return shipping cost, using the same payment method.

Partial refunds may apply to items not in their original condition, damaged items, or those requested for return beyond the 30-day window.

RETURN PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Initiate returns within 30 days of receiving your international order through the provided Contact Us form. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Notify us of the items to be returned via the form and proceed to send the package to our warehouse, sharing proof of shipment for tracking. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Similar to the size exchanges, shipping services with tracking or insurance are recommended for items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As with exchanges, partial refunds could be applicable for items not meeting specific conditions or returned after the designated timeframe.

SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS

Follow these steps for accurate measurement:

1. Measure yourself around the widest part below the sleeves, horizontally.
2. Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the neckline to the bottom edge, vertically.

Utilize the provided table to determine your size. In case of uncertainty between two sizes, opt for the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
